Privacy notice

PermitRooster is a product of GVX Digital, LLC. This notice covers permitrooster.com and the PermitRooster daily email. It adds to the GVX Digital Privacy Policy, which also applies.

What we collect

When you sign up: your email address, your trade, and the ZIP codes you serve.

When you subscribe: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you write.

When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser's request reaches Google, which sees your IP address. permitrooster.com does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

The permit information we show

The permits on this site and in our emails are public records published by Metro Nashville / Davidson County. They can include property addresses and the names of the people or companies who pulled the permit. On the public website we show the street but hide the house number; subscribers receive the full address so they can find the job.

We do not look up or add homeowners' personal information to these records. If a permit involves your property and you want it left out of PermitRooster, email us and we will remove it from our site and future emails. The city's own record is not affected.

How we use your information

To send your morning list, run your subscription, answer your questions and keep the service working. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run PermitRooster: Vercel (hosting and storage), our email delivery provider, and Stripe (payments).

Emails

Every PermitRooster email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending promptly, and always within 10 business days.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details while you're on the list or subscribed. If you cancel or unsubscribe, we delete them within 90 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@gvxdigital.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell subscribers by email.
