Subscription terms

PermitRooster is a product of GVX Digital, LLC. These terms cover PermitRooster and add to the GVX Digital Terms of Service. Where the two disagree about PermitRooster, these terms control.

The service

PermitRooster emails you new building permits from public records for the trade and ZIP codes you choose, Monday to Friday by 7 AM Central. Today we cover Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee.

The free list

Your first morning's list is free. No card is needed, and nothing renews unless you choose to subscribe.

Monthly subscription

$99 a month covers one trade, with as many ZIP codes in our coverage area as you like. Each additional trade costs $29 a month. You're billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

You can cancel any time from the link in any email or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the list until the end of the month you've paid for.

30-day guarantee

If you don't land a lead from the list in your first 30 days as a paying subscriber, email us within those 30 days and we'll refund your first month in full, no questions asked.

Your own version

A version built for your company is $1,999 to set up, then $200 a month for maintenance. Its scope, delivery and terms are set out in a separate written agreement.

About the data

Permits come from public records published by Metro Nashville / Davidson County. We pull them every morning, but the city decides what it publishes and when, and records can be late, incomplete or corrected after the fact. We don't guarantee that every permit will appear, that the details are accurate, or that any permit will turn into work for you. Check the details before you act on them.

Using the list responsibly

Use the list to offer your own services. When you contact homeowners or builders, you're responsible for following the laws that apply, including do-not-call rules, email rules such as CAN-SPAM, and local rules on soliciting and entering property. Please don't resell, republish or share the lists outside your company.

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or the information in it.

Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Limits

PermitRooster is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, GVX Digital, LLC's total liability for PermitRooster is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.
